Just a few of the activities held at the Landmark Centre.

Since 2010 the Charity has developed a reputation for innovation and quality in its support for disadvantaged youngsters and their families. Through their involvement, the Trustees have established a thorough knowledge and understanding of the factors that impact on opportunities and work tirelessly to address them.
In addition, the Trust supports a number of groups for young people at the Landmark Centre including the 10th Mansfield Scout Group, Drama Cats, Taekwondo and football. Links to their activities can be found on the "What's on...?" page. To support its objects, the Trust is currently strengthening its range of in-house opportunities for those with additional needs who cannot currently engage in the mainstream opportunities. Activities include, expanding the offer in the art group, "Ready Steady Cook" sessions, creative Lego activities, digital gaming and bushcraft skills. A significant key to engagement is in showcasing staff expertise and interests by creating a variety of approaches and experiences that will encourage engagement opportunities. By matching student strengths and interests we shall help them experience the social side of learning and leisure. Student voice is very much at the forefront of the developing offer.
If you have group ideas you wish to develop don't hesitate to get in touch via the "Contact" page and we'll do our best to accommodate your ideas.
We are particularly proud of the opportunities for work experience we have created at the Centre's award winning coffee shop, "Roots". The cafe offers carefully nurtured work opportunities for those who may struggle to find them and this has led to the creation of a number of paid, part time jobs for those wishing to take their training further.
Since being at the Landmark Centre, the Charity has become heavily involved in supporting local foodbanks in the community and in schools. It has also supported schools with resources for those with additional needs and by helping a number of Parent Associations in schools to raise much needed funds for activities. This help has extended to support for individuals who are engaged in fundraising for exciting overseas opportunities they wish to undertake as part of their education or Duke of Edinburgh award scheme. Further details of these activities are outlined in the "News" and "Impact" pages.
